Return Policy    
    There will be 20% restocking fee on all of the refused shipments or return merchandise unless its defective or under our mistake. Shipping charges is non-refundable. No returns, exchanges will be given after 30 days from the invoice date. No returns, or exchanges for packages with missing sery number sticker or labels (Bar Code).

    Furthermore, most of our products carry a one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship. To return a product, please include the invoice, receipt, your name and daytime phone number, together with a description of the reason for the return.
    • All merchandise return for credit or exchanges must fill out a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request and acquire the RMA number.
    • Return merchants must be under good protection(no envelope only packing). Any physical damage on the item will void the warranty.
    • All parts with permanent marks or sticker on it will be rejected.
    • All merchandise return MUST be shipped freight prepaid, products MUST be receive within 10 days of the RMA issuance date in their ORIGINAL PACKAGE and include all ORIGINAL MANUALS and ACCESSORY ITEMS. RMA number should be clearly mark on the boxes. Failing to do so will result in delaying RMA process.
    • All return is based on the original invoice date.The warranty will be based on original invoice date. RMA's returning to the customer will be ship by ground. Other shipping methods can be arranged by paying additional charges.
    • The seller must be notified of any Dead On Arrival (DOA) products within 10 days of the invoice date.
    • Refund is to the original purchaser only.
    • Warrantees are voided if returned product is found to be mishandled, modified, open the housing of the battery or altered in ways not intended for the design usage.
    • Remove, broken the serial number or warranty sticker.
    • The Customer is responsible for returning freight charges.
    • If item(s) received is not what was ordered, please do not open the sealed packing material in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be considered as customer's acceptance of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the original ordered.
Sales Tax    
    We do not charge sales tax except for Georgia shipping addresses; The current tax rate is 7.00%.

    GA resellers and tax-exempted identities who wish not to be charged with sales tax should contact us before placing an order. Our representatives will be happy to walk you through the process. For your convenience, your information will be kept on file for future purchases.
Payment Policy    
    We accept VISA, MasterCard for online payment. We also accept money order or a cashier's check drawn on a US bank. You may also pre-pay by personal or company check. Once the check clears, we will fill and ship your order. Make checks payable to "JC Barn".

Shipping Policy    
    All orders placed before 3pm EST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday. Business day does not include Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. Our corporate offices are located in Georgia, and we may ship some items from different warehouses within the United States. We use UPS, DHL, USPS and FedEX as our carriers. All orders are shipped F.O.B. destination once credit is approved. In an effort to deliver all products in a timely manner, your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. If any item in your order is delayed or back-ordered, we will ship the items when they become available. You may receive more than one shipment for each order. Please Note: All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only during regular business hours. Overnight air shipping is not available for Sunday delivery. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order placement.
    APO/FPO or P.O. Box address only can ship via Ground Delivery.
    International order only can ship via USPS Global Priority or Global Express Mail
